We are a private cosmetic dental clinic based in Central London, specialising in porcelain veneers and smile design. Our clinic operates with a fully digital workflow and an in-house laboratory, allowing us to deliver highly customised aesthetic treatments.
We are currently looking to build a small pool of GDC-registered cosmetic dentists who may be interested in a flexible partnership arrangement to support veneer cases when required.
This is a flexible, ad hoc arrangement suitable for GDC-registered dentists with an interest in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Previous veneer experience is preferred but not essential, as training and clinical support can be provided for suitable candidates.
The role may involve:
- Veneer preparation appointments including consultation, tooth preparation, digital scans, impressions, clinical records and shade taking
- Veneer fitting appointments
- Try-in appointments and fit adjustments
- Veneer reviews and follow-up care
- Occasional backup cover for veneer cases when the main dentist is unavailable
About our cases:
Most treatments will be supported with structured clinical documentation provided by the clinic, including patient photographs, digital scans, lab notes, shade information, and treatment planning materials.
Depending on the case and scheduling requirements, the dentist may be involved in full veneer treatment planning and both clinical stages (preparation and fitting), or may cover individual appointments such as veneer preparation or veneer fitting when required. Full clinical and laboratory support will be provided throughout the process.
Candidate requirements:
- GDC registered dentist
- Valid professional indemnity insurance
- Experience or strong interest in cosmetic dentistry
- Confidence with porcelain veneer preparation and bonding
- Familiarity with adhesive dentistry materials (e.g. e.max, zirconium)
- Good communication skills with private patients
Arrangement:
We are open to a flexible collaboration model, which may include a small monthly backup retainer, case-based fees for veneer preparation and/or fitting appointments, or treatment-stage based remuneration depending on clinical involvement.
This may suit a dentist who already works elsewhere, or a GDC-registered dentist with an interest in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, looking for flexible additional private sessions in Central London. Previous veneer experience is preferred but training and clinical support can be provided.
Pay:
£450–£650 per day, with higher rates available depending on experience in cosmetic and restorative dentistry.
