Are you an experienced ERP professional who loves developing people just as much as delivering exceptional customer outcomes?
We're looking for an ERP Team Leader to lead the day-to-day operations of our ERP delivery team, ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless experience from project kick-off through to ongoing support. What you'll be doing
As our ERP Team Leader, you'll:

Lead, coach and support the ERP delivery team, creating a collaborative, high-performing culture.

Oversee the successful delivery of ERP implementation projects and support services.

Remove barriers that impact delivery, helping your team work efficiently and confidently.

Ensure projects are delivered consistently, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Own project initiations, onboarding activities and operational governance.

Review project quality, documentation and support performance to ensure excellent customer outcomes.

Mentor junior consultants, project managers and support analysts, helping them grow and develop.

Drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes, standardising documentation and supporting automation initiatives.

Work closely with internal teams to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
We'd love it if you have
-
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Knowledge of ERP project management methodologies.

Experience using Halo PSA or similar service management platforms.
-
MB-800 (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant) certification.

AAT Level 2 qualification or relevant finance experience.
