Care Assistant – Stevenage, Hitchin & Letchworth

- Live within commuting distance of Stevenage (SG1)

About the Role
We're a small, local care provider supporting people to live independently in their own homes across Stevenage, Hitchin and Letchworth. You'll visit the same clients regularly, building strong, trusted relationships and providing consistent, high-quality care.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Visiting clients in their own homes
- Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Assisting with meals and medication prompts
- Providing companionship and reassurance
- Recording visit notes on our care app
- Reporting any concerns to the office team

What We're Looking For
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable car

- Living locally to Stevenage

Shift Pattern
- 2-week rolling rota (Week 1: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun | Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri)
- Shifts: 7am–2pm and 4pm–10pm
- Alternate weekend working required
