About the Role
We are a small, local care provider supporting people to live independently in their own homes across Stevenage, Hitchin and Letchworth.
You will visit the same clients regularly, allowing you to build strong, trusted relationships and provide consistent, high-quality care.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Visiting clients in their own homes
- Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Assisting with meals and medication prompts
- Providing companionship and reassurance
- Recording visit notes using our care app
- Reporting any concerns to the office team

What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable car
- Already have the right to work in the UK
- Live locally to Stevenage

Shift Pattern
- 2 week rolling pattern (wk1 Mon, Tues, Sat, Sun - wk2 Weds, Thurs, Fri)
- 7am to 2pm, then 4pm to 10pm
- Alternate weekend working required
