Job Summary: Mazuma Mobile Limited is expanding its repair and refurbishment team, creating exciting opportunities for Mobile Phone Repair Technicians.
We are seeking individuals who have a genuine interest in electronic repairs, demonstrate a positive work ethic, maintain excellent punctuality, and can consistently meet performance expectations.
As a valued member of our growing team, in this Mobile Phone Repair Technician role, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of repairs and achieving monthly targets. Comprehensive training will be provided for all Mobile Phone Repair Technicians, to ensure that successful candidates gain thorough knowledge of the repair and refurbishment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing mobile phones, dismantling and rebuilding products, and categorising items for repair
- Performing pre/post-repair quality control
- Carry out mobile phone repairs including screen, battery, and camera replacements.
- Working to set targets
- Accurately recording work completed within internal systems.
- Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
- Soldering and spot welding - full training will be given.
Performance Criteria:
- Previous experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent time-keeping skills
- A strong interest in technology
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines and targets.
- High attention to detail
- Basic IT skills and computer literacy

Salary:
£25,610.65
Location:
Morecambe, Office-based, Monday to Friday, 8:45 – 17:00.
