Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Assist guests with reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests to enhance their experience
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth service flow
- Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism, aiming for swift resolution
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and guest seating zones
- Provide information about the venue’s offerings, amenities, and policies to guests
- role will include taking orders, making and serving hot and cold drinks, serving food, clearing tables and washing up.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required as full training will be given; enthusiasm is key!
- An up to date food hygiene certificate, this can be provided if needed
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
- Excellent listening skills to handle inquiries effectively
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Friendly demeanor with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays
