What we'll look for in you
To succeed in this role, you'll be a compassionate team player with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
You will ideally have:
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience working within a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT and administrative skills
- The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- A flexible and positive approach to work
- Basic Life Support skills or willingness to undertake training
- An understanding of confidentiality, data protection and patient dignity
Previous experience in a hospital environment and an NVQ Level 3 qualification would be advantageous.
