The Queen Charlotte:
The Queen Charlotte has been a cornerstone of the Fitzrovia pub scene for decades. We were very fortunate to have the opportunity to aquire this pub from its previous owners back in October 2025 and along side our sister pub, The Blue Maid, we have seen some amazing and positive growth. Looking ahead into 2026 we are planning now to build on that foundation and leadership team for continued growth at both pubs and into potential new ventures.
Role (part time)
The Role:
We offer a simple bar service offering and the role is a hands on, behind the bar focusing on the customer experience.
- Pouring draft beer along with mixed drinks, simple cocktails and coffee
- Focus on customer service
- Cash handling
- General cleaning duties
Not necessary but helpful:
· Basic beer and cellar knowledge
· Cocktail and spirits knowledge
