Job Overview (Part-Time, Term Time)
Do you love cooking and enjoy working with children?
Smart Raspberry Cookery School is looking for enthusiastic, reliable and friendly individuals to deliver our fun, hands-on after-school cookery clubs in the Amersham & Chesham area.
At Smart Raspberry, we inspire children to develop confidence, creativity and valuable life skills by teaching them how to cook delicious recipes from scratch in a fun and supportive environment.
This is a rewarding role that's perfect for someone looking for flexible, term-time work that fits around other commitments.
What You'll Do
- Deliver fun and engaging after-school cookery clubs for primary-aged children.
- Commit to teaching a minimum of two sessions per week.
- Guide children as they prepare a variety of recipes from scratch each week.
- Set up before each session and clean down and pack away afterwards.
- Ensure a safe, enjoyable and inclusive environment for every child.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for food and cooking.
- Enjoys working with children.
- Is confident leading small groups independently.
- Is friendly, dependable and enthusiastic.
- Can reliably work weekday afternoons during term time (typically 3pm – 5pm).
- Holds a full driving licence and has access to their own vehicle.
- Is aged 18 or over.
Previous teaching or childcare experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided.
