```Job Summary```
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Assistant to join our team. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our culinary staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
You must have means of transport to start shift at 8am including weekends and bank holidays. We do not have a sponsorship license. Shifts are 2 on one week and 3 on the following week, from 8am-6pm, (28.5) hours
```Responsibilities```
- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Stock and rotate ingredients and supplies
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient workflow
- Help with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food safety practices
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic culinary skills are a plus
