Role Overview: We are seeking a professional, friendly, and efficient Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Chamberlain Clinic during weekday evenings. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and supporting smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to patients and visitors.
- Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and bookings using our clinic management software.
- Process payments, book follow-up appointments, and handle referrals.
- Respond efficiently to queries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in patient record management in line with GDPR.
- Keep the reception area tidy, professional, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
- Support administrative tasks, including filing, supply ordering, correspondence, and drafting letters.
- Adhere strictly to clinic health and safety policies, reporting any hazards to the General Manager.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a reception or customer-facing role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with clinic management software.
- Strong organisational abilities with proven multitasking skills.
- High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality.
Desirable:
- Previous experience within a healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of GDPR regulations.
- First aid certification.
