Role Overview
Support life sciences customers and internal product teams by maintaining accurate data, assisting with product-related enquiries, and helping improve digital tools used in scientific environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and validate life sciences data.
- Support product and customer enquiries.
- Investigate data quality issues.
- Prepare reports and product documentation.
- Assist with software and product testing.
- Coordinate issue resolution with technical teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer and product activity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Data Science, Biomedical Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and databases.
- Strong written communication and analytical skills.
Pay: £28,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
