Are you an experienced merchandiser ready to step into a leadership role?
eXPD8 are looking for a Merchandising Team Leader to support and coach a team of merchandisers while delivering high-quality merchandising visits for leading household brands across major UK retailers.
Hours & Pay
- 30 hours minimum per week
- 18+ supervisory hours at £13.50 per hour
- 12+ merchandising hours at £12.71 per hour
How you'll deliver excellence:
- Lead, coach and support a team of merchandisers.
- Coordinate merchandising activity across your area.
- Complete merchandising visits, including stock replenishment, POS installation and planogram compliance.
- Build strong relationships with store teams.
- Ensure high standards of compliance and provide accurate reporting through our app.
What makes you excellent:
- Experience in retail merchandising, retail or customer service.
- Previous supervisory or coaching experience is desirable.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
- Willingness to travel across your area.
- Comfortable with manual handling.
- Confident using a tablet or mobile device.
