We are looking for an experienced Handyman to carry out a soft strip out at a small, occupied care home.
Duties:
- Removing flooring and floor coverings
- General soft strip out works
- Removing fixtures, fittings and unwanted materials
- General handyman duties as required
- Keeping work areas clean and tidy
- Working carefully and respectfully around an occupied care home
Requirements:
- Previous handyman or strip out experience
- Own basic hand tools, including drill, hammer, crowbar/pry bar and other relevant tools
- Able to work safely and considerately around residents
- Reliable and available to start immediately
