Football Fun Factory is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Coach to join our vibrant team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to inspire young children through sports, fostering teamwork, confidence, and a love for football. Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and delivering fun, age-appropriate football activities and drills.
- Support lead coaches in supervising children during sessions, ensuring safety and enjoyment.
- Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive behaviour among participants.
- Help organise equipment and maintain the cleanliness of the training area.
- Provide constructive feedback to children to promote skill development and confidence.
- Foster a welcoming environment that promotes inclusivity and enthusiasm for sport.
Qualifications
- Experience in sports coaching or teaching young children is desirable.
- Passionate about working with children and promoting physical activity through football.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage young learners.
- Organised, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
