Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverage, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Verify guest identification to ensure responsible serving practices
- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while maintaining quality and speed
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment for everyone
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings, especially as a bartender or server
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests
- Basic math skills for handling payments, tips, and inventory counts
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved in bartending
- Knowledge of standard bar equipment, drink recipes, and serving techniques is preferred
