We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our team at Back to the Garden Childcare Bowdon

Your responsibilities as Nursery Manager:

Lead the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), overseeing planning, record-keeping, and curriculum delivery.

Foster lasting relationships with parents, carers, and families to build trust and engagement.

Build strong partnerships with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and external agencies to maintain compliance and support the nursery's reputation.

Effectively manage a thriving nursery, focusing on occupancy growth and operational excellence.

Identify training needs within your team, supporting their professional development and fostering a collaborative environment.
Qualifications and Experience:

A minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).

Strong leadership and management skills with a passion for early childhood education.

Proven experience in a nursery or childcare setting.
