Forcrete is a small, family-run manufacturer of specialist surface coatings. We create and sell advanced, seamless floor and wall finishes to customers all over the world. Key Responsibilities:
As a Production Operative, your focus is on the creation and quality of our products:
- Preparing materials for production. Using light machinery and simple guidelines to produce products.
- Ensure every item meets a high standard before it goes out.
- Working toward daily production targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Maintaining a clean and hazard-free workstation in line with health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- You’re confident using light machinery and following simple guidelines.
- You can maintain high standards of quality even during repetitive tasks.
- Physically fit to be on your feet all day and handling heavy materials.
- You’re willing to learn new skills and move between different stations as production needs change.
Job details:
- Pay: £16 per hour
- Hours: 8am to 4pm, Monday – Friday
- Training: Full on-the-job training provided, no prior experience necessary
- Start: Immediate
- Location: Wymondham, Norfolk
