- Manage cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle basic math calculations for billing.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving practices and prevent over-intoxication.
- Restock bar supplies as needed, including beverages, garnishes, and utensils to ensure smooth service flow.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food safety and alcohol service to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality with previous restaurant or bar experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible serving practices.
