At Arden Coffee, we're looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Customer Service & Delivery Team Member to join our growing business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a friendly, local company where you'll enjoy a varied role that combines customer service, deliveries, warehouse operations, and office support. Every day is different, and you'll play an important part in keeping our customers happy while helping our business continue to grow.
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday
- 7:30am – 4:30pm
- Friday working may become available as the business continues to grow.
Availability to work Fridays if needed

The Role
As a Customer Service & Delivery Team Member, you'll be one of the key faces of Arden Coffee, helping to deliver the exceptional service we're known for.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering coffee, ingredients, and equipment to our regular customers
- Providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships
- Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders
- Receiving and checking incoming stock
- Loading delivery vehicles ready for daily routes
- Processing customer orders and collections in the office
- Supporting the warehouse and wider team with day-to-day operations
- Calling customers for their weekly orders and processing them
As your confidence grows, you'll also have the opportunity to:
- Demonstrate coffee equipment and products
- Provide basic training on coffee machines
- Identify opportunities for additional sales and new business
- Promote new products through upselling and cross-selling

Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- MUST BE Aged 21 or over (for company vehicle insurance purposes)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Desirable
- Previous delivery driving or warehouse experience
- Experience within the coffee, catering, or hospitality industry
- Experience using commercial coffee machines (not essential)
