Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment
- Oversee all aspects of food production, ensuring dishes meet quality standards and presentation expectations
- Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and guest preferences
- Manage food preparation processes, including ingredient sourcing, portion control, and cooking techniques
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards to ensure a safe dining environment
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to optimize kitchen operations
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced culinary setting, such as restaurants or hospitality venues
- Extensive food production and culinary experience with a strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen management
- Demonstrated team management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff members
- Solid background in food safety practices, sanitation protocols, and regulatory compliance
- Previous restaurant experience with a focus on serving guests in a hospitality environment
- Hands-on experience in food preparation, menu development, and kitchen operations
- Strong leadership qualities combined with excellent communication skills to foster teamwork and high performance
Pay: £27,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
