What you’ll be doing…
As a Bar and Floor Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading the team and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality hospitality experience at Rangers FC.
- Lead, train, and motivate bar and floor staff during busy shifts
- Monitor service speed and quality, keeping queues moving during busy periods and half-time rushes
- Oversee the smooth running of the bar and floor areas throughout each shift
- Monitor stock levels, restock counters, and coordinate with cellar teams when required
- Oversee till operations and support with end-of-night close down
- Ensure licensing requirements, including Challenge 25, are followed at all times
- Ensure Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards are consistently maintained
- Work closely with managers and the wider hospitality team to deliver excellent service
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently

What can you bring?
- Previous supervisory experience within a busy bar, pub, events venue, or hospitality environment is essential
- Confident team leader with the ability to motivate and support others
- Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Good understanding of licensing, Health & Safety, and Food Hygiene requirements
- Flexible availability to work matchdays, evenings, and weekends
- Genuine interest in the hospitality industry and willingness to learn and develop new skills
