About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in Property Law within a team of nationally recognised experts. As a Legal Assistant in our specialist Property Litigation team, you will provide high-quality administrative and legal support to our solicitors, playing an important role in the successful delivery of client matters. This position offers valuable exposure to a fast-paced and evolving area of law and is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience within a supportive and growing team. You will have the opportunity to build your knowledge and skills while making a meaningful contribution to the team's success.
Key responsibilities will include:

Opening and closing client files.

Undertaking electronic verification and compliance checks.

Liaising with clients and other third parties.

Preparing court and tribunal bundles.

Filing documents and managing case administration.

Diary management, including monitoring key dates and deadlines.

Providing general administrative support throughout the litigation process.
