Job Summary
At Cliff House Holiday Park we are a very friendly community who value great customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various premises, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is advantageous, but full training will be provided. You will need to ensure that self-catering properties, public areas and facilities are clean and well-maintained; working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for good time-keeping skills and be able to work under pressure.
- You will need to comply health and safety regulations while carrying out duties.
- You will need to work closely with the housekeeping team and have good communication skills for a seamless service.
- Dispose of waste materials safely and efficiently in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent standards are met.
- You will need to report any maintenance issues or damages observed to maintain a safe, pleasing environment for guests.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
Customer Service
- Provide friendly, helpful, and professional service to all customers
- Assist with enquiries and ensure a positive experience
- Provide Information about the Holiday Park
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
