Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations of the bar
Requirements:
- Previous experience behind a bar or hospitality preferred but not required
- Strong math skills, including the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of basic brewing techniques and beverage recipes
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed
