Treatment Coordinator – Initially 1 Day per Week

Serio Dental is looking for a confident, organised and personable Treatment Coordinator to join our growing multidisciplinary specialist dental practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dental professional who enjoys building relationships with patients, explaining treatment options clearly and supporting patients throughout their treatment journey.
The role will initially be for one day per week, with the specific day to be agreed. As patient demand and the needs of the practice increase, there will be scope for the successful candidate to work additional days and develop the role further.
The role will include:
- Meeting patients following their clinical consultations
- Explaining treatment plans, fees and available payment options clearly
- Following up with prospective and existing patients
- Supporting patients in making informed treatment decisions
- Coordinating appointments across our multidisciplinary specialist team
- Maintaining accurate records and tracking treatment enquiries
- Working closely with clinicians, reception and the management team
- Helping to improve treatment uptake through an ethical, patient-centred approach
- Supporting the ongoing development of the patient journey at Serio Dental
The ideal candidate will:
- Be GDC registered
- Have previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator, dental nurse, practice coordinator or senior dental receptionist
- Be confident discussing comprehensive and higher-value dental treatments
- Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Be organised, proactive and comfortable following up with patients
- Be able to explain complex information in a clear and reassuring manner
- Understand the importance of confidentiality and ethical treatment communication
- Reflect Serio Dental’s warm, professional and patient-focused approach
Experience in specialist dentistry, implants, periodontics, orthodontics or cosmetic dentistry would be beneficial.
Working pattern: Initially one day per week, with the specific day to be agreed. There is scope for the role to increase to additional days as patient demand and the requirements of the practice grow.
Pay: Competitive and dependent on experience.
