We are looking to recruit an experienced Depot Manager for our service operations depot in Morley, Leeds
Your role will be to lead and manage a team of Service Drivers to deliver on customer requirements and run our service and transport operations to company objectives/policy.
We hire portable toilets and welfare units, primarily to the construction trades and commercial businesses, delivering and servicing at customer sites throughout the country.
Day to day you will supervise the depot staff and the operation and maintenance of the depot, vehicles and equipment to company standards and requirements. You will be responsible for customer service levels and the standards of work your team deliver.
You will need to be able to do the Service Driver job yourself, being ready to cover for holiday absence as may be necessary.
You need to be a well organised, pro-active manager that doesn’t settle for second best, and able to get the right results from your team of people.
You will report to the Operations Manager, and work with the Transport Planning and Control team and Fleet Controller to achieve the best levels of customer service.

About you:
Must have a Full UK Driving licence.
Must be willing to work in all weathers throughout the year due to the nature of company business.
Must have your own transport to and from work due to depot location.
