Job Summary
Akkuarios Technology & Sustainable Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Technology Solutions Manager to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of innovative technology and sustainability-focused solutions.
The successful candidate will work with clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders to develop scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, digital capabilities, and long-term sustainability.
What You'll Do
- Lead technology solution design and implementation projects
- Analyse client requirements, operational challenges, and technology needs
- Develop scalable digital and technology-enabled solutions
- Manage solution delivery, budgets, resources, timelines, and technical risks
- Coordinate software, cloud, data, infrastructure, and business teams
- Support sustainable technology and digital transformation initiatives
- Manage client relationships and senior stakeholder communications
- Coordinate technology vendors, suppliers, and implementation partners
- Prepare solution proposals, roadmaps, presentations, and business cases
- Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, efficiency, and service improvement
Requirements
- Experience in technology solutions, IT consulting, digital transformation, software, or technology services
- Experience managing technology projects, clients, or multidisciplinary teams
- Good understanding of cloud platforms, software, APIs, data, and systems integration
- Strong project-management, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of sustainable technology, energy efficiency, or ESG-related solutions is advantageous
- Relevant technology qualification or equivalent professional experience is preferred
