We’re on the lookout for a fun, friendly, and enthusiastic Poolside Helper to help keep our lessons running swimmingly and make families feel right at home.
This isn’t your average part-time job – it’s a chance to join the world’s leading baby swimming school, be part of an amazing team, and help create magical first water adventures for little ones and their grown-ups.
If you’re a people-person who loves being organised (and doesn’t mind rolling up your sleeves), we’d love to have you on board! Please note that car driving is essential for this role.
Wednesday's and Thursdays in Pinhoe, Exeter - 16:00-19:30pm both days.
Saturday afternoons in Exeter in 2027
Your role in a nutshell:
- Meet & Greet Magic – welcome families with a big smile & help them settle in.
- The Tick List – check off registers so we know who’s in the pool.
- Helping Hands – answer questions & point parents in the right direction.
- Order Wizard – take product orders & hand out goodies.
- Shiny Pool Spaces – keep the poolside safe, clean & sparkly.
- Poolside Support – help with pool tests, covers & procedures when needed.
- Lifeguard Safety - you'll be in charge of safety in and around the poolside so being able to swim is a must, 25m on front and back.
An enhanced DBS check and NRASTC Lifesaving/First Aid qualification are required for this position. Don't worry if you don't hold those. We will sort them for you.
