We have a fantastic opportunity for a Skin Specialist with a genuine passion for skincare to join our growing pharmacy-led clinic. Skin Pharmacy is known for delivering cutting-edge, medically informed treatments and is the ultimate destination for skin, using innovative and bespoke medical grade skincare products.
You will work alongside some of the industry's most respected experts, including dermatologists, pharmacists, therapists and doctors, in a clinical environment built around clinical excellence and client outcomes.
What We're Looking For
To start your journey with us, you will need a strong background in luxury cosmetic sales. Full training is provided across all our brands, but we are particularly keen to hear from candidates with prior experience in advanced skincare.
As a Skincare Specialist, you should bring impeccable attention to detail and a genuine interest in the beauty and aesthetic industries. You will be responsible for delivering treatments, responding to enquiries by phone and email, retailing products, and ensuring a seamless client journey from first contact through to aftercare.
We aim to achieve an exceptional standard of client satisfaction, managing expectations carefully so that outcomes always match what is promised. This is delivered through high quality treatments and cosmetic procedures, provided by skilled, knowledgeable and competent staff who are among the best in their field.
You should be able to demonstrate a track record of developing and retaining a high end clientele through excellent service and a consistently professional attitude.
