Working Hours: Typically between 10:00am – 3:00pm with the option to extend beyond these.
Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Housekeeper to clean and maintain holiday let properties in Penrhyndeudraeth and Beddgelert.
This is a flexible, part-time position with hours varying between 0–30 hours per week depending on bookings. All shifts take place between 10:00am and 3:00pm.
Cleaning products and equipment are provided.
Due to the rural location and limited public transport, candidates must ideally have their own car and a full driving licence.
Responsibilities
- General cleaning of holiday let properties to a high standard
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
- Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms thoroughly
- Changing bed linen and making beds
- Washing, drying and ironing laundry
- Restocking basic supplies where required
- Reporting any maintenance issues or damages
- Ensuring properties are guest-ready within the allocated timeframe
Requirements
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred (but not essential)
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Reliable and punctual
- Own transport strongly preferred due to location
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends (depending on bookings)
