Due to continued growth, Swann Facilities Management Ltd is looking for a reliable, hardworking cleaner to join our team, primarily carrying out Airbnb and serviced accommodation changeovers.
This is a fast-paced role with high standards. Our properties need to be cleaned, reset and guest-ready within set changeover windows, so we’re looking for someone who works efficiently without compromising on attention to detail. There is a chance of promotions as well as performance based pay rises following your probationary period. A work van will be provided to anyone promoted. Travel time between jobs is paid
Hours
- Minimum 15 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours
- Majority of work takes place during school hours
- Some weekend availability is essential due to Airbnb changeovers
- Hours and days will vary depending on bookings
The role includes:
- Full Airbnb changeover cleans
- Making beds and changing linen
- Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms to a high standard
- Resetting and presenting properties ready for incoming guests
- Checking stock and reporting anything running low
- Identifying and reporting damage or maintenance issues
- Working independently and alongside other team members
- Travelling between properties throughout the working day
What we’re looking for:
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle – essential
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work at a fast pace and manage time effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
- High personal cleaning standards
- Comfortable working independently
- Flexible enough to cover some weekend work
- Good communication and a professional attitude
Previous professional cleaning or hospitality experience is preferred, although training will be provided for the right person.
