We are seeking Traffic Management Operatives in Lincoln.
Permanent contract from day 1!

Role and Responsibilities:
- Receive briefing from the Lead Operative prior to the commencement of each contract
- Develop a clear understanding of the hazards involved with any SSoW and Method Statement to be employed for each contract, prior to leaving the yard.
- Organise and control the safe loading and securing of all equipment onto TMV's in accordance with appropriate regulations prior to transporting to or from site
- Complete all procedures in accordance with Company Policy, i.e. vehicle defect sheets, installation checklist etc
- Must have the correct P.P.E. and any other equipment for the activity to be completed
- Be an effective liaison with clients on-site to promote a positive company image in all circumstances
- Installing, maintaining and removing all TM required as per briefing given by Lead Operative/Contracts Department/Clients
- Record; implement and communicate any changes to pre-planned activities to the operations department at the earliest opportunity when required
- Ensure all paperwork is up to date, signed by the relevant people and returned to the contracts department upon completion of the contract. Inexperienced operatives are given suitable supervision and instruction on-site to assist in the development of their skills
- Leave all TMIV's (Traffic Management Installation Vehicles) used in a clean and tidy condition at the end of each shift
- Return all equipment to the pre-determined location upon return to the yard
- Record and communicate all losses and damage of equipment to the contracts department at the earliest opportunity
- Complete all yard duties as requested by management
Experience:
Must hold a minimum of TTMBC
Requirements:
- MUST be drug and alcohol free
- Lantra accreditation required (M1/M2 and Gatepreson minimum)
- UK driving license required (with 2 years experience)
- Must be able to travel to the depot on Sleaford Road in Lincoln for work
