What the role involves:
- Teaching English across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Delivering creative and engaging lessons
- Supporting students with reading, writing, analysis and communication skills
- Maintaining a positive learning environment
- Following school policies and lesson plans where provided
The ideal candidate will have:
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching English in a secondary setting
- Strong behaviour management skills
- A genuine passion for supporting young people
- A reliable, adaptable and professional approach
