Electrical Estimator

Location: Castle Donnington, Derbyshire
We are an established Electrical Contractors based in the East Midlands and are looking to recruit an Electrical Estimator to join the team
Main Duties:
· Produce tenders/Quotations
· Attend site surveys meetings
· Prepare cost estimates for new contracts
· Evaluate tender enquiry documentation, assess the resource, materials, engineering costs within a client’s proposal
· Maintain relationships with existing clients as well as developing new relationships
The Person:
· You will have an electrical installation qualification
· be a benefit to have some experience of Electrical estimating within the electrical contracting industry, however vast collective experience is available to be handed down from the existing team. This position would suit someone who is willing to aspire to learn the mechanics of the business and be keen to progress
· Ability to comprehend electrical specifications and schematics / drawings
· Ability to learn to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines
· Competent with Microsoft office applications
· Willingness to undertake extra responsibilities if needed
