We are a large, well established training practice with list size of circa 16,000 in a sought after area of Sale, Cheshire in a purpose built Health Centre that we moved into in 2009.

We use EMIS web, Docman and Lexacom and have excellent QOF and long term condition management. We have in house minor surgery, LARC insertion, counselling and visiting consultant clinics in cardiology, urology, psychiatry and ENT.

We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic administrator to join our friendly team of 6 Partners, 6 Salaried GPs, a large nursing team and our management, administrative and reception staff. The role of an administrator includes typing letters, sending referrals and undertaking all general duties required of a modern GP practice. Experience of working in a busy office, good typing skills and a willingness to learn are essential. Experience of working in a health care setting is desirable but not essential.

We are a progressive, well organised and friendly practice and have recently been assessed as Good by the CQC with 2 areas of outstanding practice: the safeguarding work we do for families and the templates we have developed in house to ensure patient safety.

The terms and conditions include salary rates comparable across the sector, NHS pension scheme and 5 weeks’ annual leave (pro rata).
