Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Hair Replacement Stylist to join our growing team in London. This role is ideal for an experienced hairstylist looking for a long-term career in a specialist field.
As a Hair Replacement Stylist, you will play a vital role in helping clients regain confidence by fitting, styling and maintaining hair replacement systems while delivering exceptional customer service.
You will receive full specialist training, ongoing support, and excellent opportunities for career development.
Key Responsibilities
- Fit and maintain men's and women's hair replacement systems.
- Cut, style and customise hair systems and hair extensions.
- Colour hair replacement systems.
- Deliver outstanding customer service in person, over the phone and via email.
- Assist customers with enquiries, concerns and appointments professionally.
- Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable hair loss solutions.
- Upsell products and services where appropriate.
- Communicate confidently with clients and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and data entry.
- Ensure a high standard of client care throughout every appointment.
Requirements
Essential:
- Professional hairstyling experience.
- Comfortable working with both men's and women's hair.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Friendly, caring and professional attitude.

Expected hours:
16–40 hours per week
Training Schedule:
Will be provided on recruitment
Once fully trained:
- Flexitime available.
