BUILDING SURVEYING TEAM
Our Building Surveying team cover a diverse spread
of work across all types of property including:
educational, commercial, industrial, and housing.
We offer our clients a full range of Building
Surveying and Project Management services.
We have built up a strong specialism in the
educational sector and we have a large client-
base of schools, academies and colleges. Other
key clients include blue chip companies, local
authorities, commercial property clients, property
developers, solicitors, housing associations and
private individuals.
YOUR ROLE
As a placement student you would work with
our experienced team to provide a full range of
professional Building Surveying services including:
specification, tendering, project management,
contract administration, condition survey
inspections, defect diagnosis, CDM Regulations,
etc. in order for you to gain a great range of
experience that will assist you in your ultimate goal
of becoming a Chartered Surveyor and for you to
become a great asset to our company.
TRAINING PROGRAMME
We provide full support through the RICS
Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), via
our Structured Graduate Training Programme.

Placement students will benefit from exposure to
an excellent range and variety of experience, as well
as being fast-tracked and trained-up to become
MRICS Chartered Building Surveyors.
You will not be a “number” in a large corporate
organisation, but instead you will receive hands-on
experience on a wide range of Building Surveying
tasks and Project Management work, for a range
of clients, making the role all the more interesting
and varied on a day-to-day basis, resulting in better
learning and experience.
