Duties
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items according to established standards.
- Set up and dismantle catering equipment for events, ensuring all areas are clean and organised.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with chefs and other staff to ensure timely service during events.
- Maintain food safety standards by adhering to hygiene regulations throughout the catering process.
- Support bartending activities as needed, including serving beverages and managing stock levels.
- Help with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and organising supplies.
Skills
- Sone background in hospitality, with experience in catering or restaurant environments preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
