About the role:
This role ensures effective sales service to new and existing customers. The Sales Advisor takes leads, generates sales, processes customer orders, and manages each project through to completion. Through the after-sales process, they create excellent customer experiences for luxury outdoor living solutions.
In addition to managing customer enquiries and sales opportunities, the role will support business development initiatives aimed at generating new opportunities, increasing brand awareness, and helping drive business growth. This may include supporting marketing campaigns, identify partnership opportunities, and proactively engaging with potential customers and commercial contacts.
This role is critical to the continued growth and success of Lurano.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customers’ enquiries through a variety of lead generation processes including social platforms, Google ads and referrals.
- Engaging with customers to ascertain their requirements, offering technical product advice on best value to ensure that their needs are met in line with sales order process. Converting enquiries into Sales orders.
- Quoting and taking Sales orders and working closely with the customer to clarify scope and requirements for production and delivery.
- Working closely with the Production and Project delivery teams to ensure production plans are coordinated to meet project timescales.
- Liaising with the Logistics team to ensure that deliveries are coordinated and planned within our guidelines and customer requirements.
- Investigating any customer concerns and complaints, problem solving to resolve issues, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Following the customer complaints process for learning, escalating to the Brand Director when appropriate.
- Updating the CRM in accordance with company policies and procedures including logging each matter and any further action required.
- Working closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and business development
- Ensuring processes are followed to gather customer feedback, and aftercare support.
- Support in problem solving any project issues, under the guidance of the Brand Director.
