You’ll be based at our head office based in the heart of Manchester City Centre - Union on Albert Square. Working in a collective marketing and design team of 15.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the development of brand awareness/customer acquisition campaigns and tactics for Bruntwood SciTech’s Manchester city centre portfolio to meet its property lettings targets
- Own and drive the regional marketing plan
- Support on the creation of integrated campaigns utilising both online and offline channels with strong assets and reporting analytics to measure success
- Lead on Bruntwood SciTech’s website content updates for your region, keeping imagery, content and case studies fresh and updated
- Support the production of content (blogs, articles, press releases and videos) for the website/digital channels, working effectively with our central digital team
- Work with the commercial team to assist in creation of engaging materials to support prospecting including presentations, brochures, sales packs, CGIs and hoardings
- PR and community communications - keeping the media, our customers and stakeholders informed of our plans, ambitions and successes through on and offline channels
- Use tools such as Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to support prospecting and lead generation
- Review and report on marketing activity to ensure return on investment
- Responsible for managing aspects of the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective initiatives while maximising impact
- Act as a brand guardian for Bruntwood SciTech, supporting the growth, awareness and equity of the brand
What we’re looking for:
- A broad range of marketing skills covering the brand marketing channels
- Ability to drive campaigns, taking ownership of performance - collaborating closely with the commercial team
- Work closely with our social and digital teams when driving campaigns
- Experience of creating brochures and commercial packs
- Champion marketing activity/campaigns and whilst collaborating with wider internal stakeholders, also you’ll be comfortable to challenge when necessary
- You’ll be commercially creative, thinking of new ideas and fresh approaches, whilst keeping in mind the ROI
- You’ll have worked in an inhouse marketing role or agency at Marketing Executive level
