Job Description:
Okome Bathgate is looking for friendly and reliable Waiter / Waitress / Front of House staff to join our team.
We are an Asian restaurant located in Bathgate, offering dine-in and takeaway service. The role involves serving customers, taking orders, handling payments, preparing tables, keeping the front area clean, and supporting the team during busy service.
Main Duties:
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks to tables
- Handle payments and takeaway orders
- Keep the dining area clean, tidy, and well-presented
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Provide good customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential
- Good communication skills
- Friendly, polite, and reliable
- Able to work evenings and weekends
- Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Must have the right to work in the UK
