Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Location: Bedfordshire
Salary: Circa £45,000 per annum
We are currently seeking an
Assistant Surveyor to join a growing and dynamic team based in Bedfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious surveyor looking to develop their career within a well-established business.
Key Requirements

Previous experience working within a Tier 1 contractor environment is preferred.

Commercial experience is desirable.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team while managing individual responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Assist with the commercial and contractual management of projects.

Support cost planning, procurement, valuations, and financial reporting.

Work closely with project teams to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.

Help manage subcontractor accounts and project documentation.

Contribute to maintaining project budgets and cost controls.
