OHM Sports & Fitness is a community-driven organisation passionate about delivering accessible, fun, and inclusive activities for children of all backgrounds and abilities. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable individuals to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for energetic coaches who enjoy working with children and can confidently deliver a wide range of activities in a school setting.
The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Coach, you will work across a variety of school-based programmes, including:
- Afterschool clubs
- Lunchtime sports sessions
- 1-to-1 support
- Wraparound care
- PPA cover
- Holiday camps
You must be comfortable leading both sports-based and non-sport activities, such as arts and crafts, cooking, and creative play.
Key Responsibilities
- Encourage children aged 4–14 to be active, engaged, and confident
- Deliver fun, high-energy, and inclusive sessions for children of all abilities
- Set up, manage, and pack away equipment safely
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and school staff
- Provide excellent customer service to schools and families
- Complete basic administrative tasks, including:
- Registering children in and out
- Recording accidents and incidents
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- A clean DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- A positive, team-player attitude
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with parents and schools
- Flexibility and enthusiasm to deliver a variety of activities
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable, but not essential)

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

- You may from time to time be asked to cover shifts outside of the Hounslow area, these will be either in Feltham or Richmond, would this be an issue?
