Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 (37 hours per week)

A Wokingham‑based marketing, distribution and building services business is seeking an enthusiastic, confident and customer‑focused Operations and Sales Coordinator to join its office team. This varied role provides operational, administrative and customer service support across the business. You will play a key part in ensuring efficient day‑to‑day operations and contributing to the continued growth of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
· Route Planning — Plan delivery, collection and service routes to support the Distribution Team Leader.
· Quotation Management — Prepare quotes, process orders and raise invoices.
· Customer Enquiries — Handle incoming enquiries, provide product information and maximise sales opportunities.
· Business Development — Maintain a strong focus on identifying opportunities to support business growth.
· Distribution Scheduling — Organise and manage the leaflet distribution schedule and identify profitable distribution matches.
· Schedule & Mapping — Manage schedules and create distribution maps using mapping software.
· Customer Service — Deliver high‑quality customer service and maintain excellent customer relationships.
· Office Administration — Manage files, maintain organisation systems and complete general administrative duties.
· Operational Support — Provide support to colleagues and gutter technicians, including handling gutter sales enquiries and assisting the Gutter Team when required.
· Gutter Parts & Stock Control — Assist in the organisation of gutter parts, maintain accurate stock levels, support replenishment processes and ensure availability of materials for the Gutter Team.
· Inventory – movement and storage of boxed inventory
· Warehouse Assistance — Undertake ad hoc warehouse tasks as needed.
Skills and Experience

· Accuracy & Detail — Strong attention to detail; articulate and numerate.
· Time Management — Ability to manage time effectively and work to objectives, goals and deadlines.
· Sales Experience — Business‑to‑Business sales experience is advantageous.
· Telephone Skills — Professional and confident telephone manner.
· IT Competency — Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel and general internet competency.
· Customer Focus — Problem‑solving ability and confidence in overcoming objections.
· Operational Needs — Flexible to undertake a wide range of duties.
· Teamwork — Able to work collaboratively and independently.

· Driving Licence — Full UK driving licence is advantageous.
Training and Development
You do not need experience in every aspect of the role. Full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you develop your skills and progress into more complex distribution responsibilities as your career grows within the business.
You must be an excellent communicator, able to work effectively under pressure, remain calm in a busy environment and fulfil the requirements of the role in an organised and efficient manner.
