Head Door Supervisor – Maidstone, Kent
£18.00 per hour | Weekly Pay | Part-Time (Core Weekend Shifts)
Bridgegate Security is recruiting an experienced Head Door Supervisor to lead operations at one of Maidstone’s leading late night venues.
This is a part-time leadership role focused on core weekend trading. It will suit an established Head Door Supervisor or a strong Deputy Head Door already operating at that level and looking for a consistent, high profile site.
The Role
- Take full control of the door operation on shift
- Lead and manage the team, setting standards from the front
- Make final decisions on entry, refusals, and ejections
- Oversee searches, ID checks, and queue management
- Handle incidents confidently and professionally
- Maintain clear communication with venue management and external partners where required
- Ensure all logs, refusals, and reporting are completed to a high standard
- Drive consistency, discipline, and accountability across the team
What We’re Looking For
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence
- Proven experience as a Head Door Supervisor or Deputy Head Door in busy late night venues
- Strong presence and natural authority on the door
- Decisive, consistent, and calm under pressure
- High standards around professionalism, presentation, and conduct
- Organised and reliable, with good control of admin and reporting
