The role:
As Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the home, ensuring every child receives the highest standard of care while maintaining full compliance with Ofsted regulations.
You'll lead by example, inspire your team, and create a positive, nurturing environment where everyone can thrive.
You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, the support of Directors, and the opportunity to influence the future growth of Living Life Care.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience managing or deputising within an Ofsted-regulated Children's Home.
- A Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete if applicable).
- A thorough understanding of the Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of children and young people.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and managing the home to achieve outstanding outcomes.
- Recruiting, developing and supporting a high-performing staff team.
- Creating a safe, stable and nurturing environment for children.
- Building positive relationships with families, professionals and external agencies.
- Managing budgets, staffing and resources effectively.
- Preparing for and maintaining successful Ofsted inspections.
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
