You don't need previous care experience to join us – we'll train you from day one.

Guaranteed Hours Available
We understand that flexibility is important – but so is knowing what you're going to earn each month.
That's why we can offer guaranteed weekly hours contracts to people who want the stability of regular contracted hours.
Prefer something more flexible? We can accommodate that too.
Shift patterns can include:
- 8:00am – 8:00pm
- 8:00am – 4:30pm
- 5:00pm – 9:00pm evenings
- Evenings only
- Weekends only
- School-hours and term time contracts can be accommodated
- Full-time and part-time opportunities
We'll discuss your availability with you and look at a working pattern that suits both you and our clients.
What We Offer
Our Pay Rates
Weekdays: £14.50 per hour
Weekday evenings: £14.90 per hour
Weekends: £15.50 per hour
Weekend evenings: £15.90 per hour
Plus:
45p per mile mileage allowance
Travel time paid between care visits

What Will I Be Doing?
As a Home Care Worker, you'll visit people in their own homes and help them remain safe, comfortable and independent.
Depending on the individual, you might:
- Help someone get ready for their day
- Support with washing, dressing and personal care
- Assist with medication
- Prepare meals and drinks
- Help with light household tasks
- Provide companionship
- Take someone shopping or to an appointment
- Support someone to get out into their local community
- Provide reassurance to clients and their families
Sometimes one of the most important things you'll do is simply sit down, have a cup of tea and give someone your time and company.
No Experience? No Problem.
We can teach you how to provide great care.
What we can't teach is kindness, patience and genuinely caring about other people.
If you have those qualities, we'll provide the training and support you need to do the rest.
You'll receive training from the beginning of your employment and ongoing guidance from our experienced team.
What Do I Need?
You will need:
- A caring and reliable approach
- Good communication skills
- A willingness to learn
- A valid UK driving licence
- Your own reliable vehicle
- The right to work in the UK
- To complete an Enhanced DBS check
Previous care experience is NOT required.
Unfortunately, we are not currently able to offer sponsorship to applicants who require sponsorship to work in the UK.
