JOB SPECIFICATION
The role of the Customer Sales Executive is to deliver excellent customer service, to support the sales team and provide an important link between the salesperson and the client. Reporting to Supply Chain Manager, they work in a fast-paced environment, processing customer requirements in a timely manner to agreed targets and objectives.
The Role
Process, track and report all customer activities from demand to deliveryProvide effective administrative support to the Sales teamEnsure that all tasks relating to customer support, ranging from customer quotations, orders, queries, complaints etc. are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.Support the Sales Team in the accurate recording of specifications, call offs, invoice queries and customer complaints. Maintaining accurate and timely customer account information .37.5 hour week, Monday-Friday with a degree of flexibility.
