Duties
- Perform professional manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and other nail enhancements with precision and artistry
- Provide additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, and deep tissue massage to enhance guest experiences
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, check-ins, and guest inquiries to ensure smooth daily operations
- Engage with guests through social media management to promote services, special offers, and upcoming events
- Upsell retail products and additional treatments to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas according to health regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role with a strong portfolio of work
- Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for nail services
- Knowledge of current nail trends, techniques, and safety protocols
- Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
