Salary: Grade B £13.05 an hour
Location: Springwood Leisure Centre
Hours: Relief hours (Monday – Friday 0600-0930 & 1600-1930) (Saturday/Sunday 0730-1030)

Derby Active is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a Relief Cleaner to join our dedicated team at Springwood Leisure Centre, located in the heart of Oakwood.
Springwood Leisure Centre offers a wide range of sports and fitness activities for the local community. We pride ourselves on providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone who visits our facility.
As a Relief Cleaner, you will play a key role in ensuring that all areas of the centre are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, contributing to a positive experience for our users.
Hours of work that may require covering are –
Monday to Friday: 06:00–09:30 & 16:00–19:30
Saturday & Sunday: 07:30–10:30
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness throughout the leisure centre, including changing rooms, gym areas, and communal spaces
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in accordance with health and safety guidelines
Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly
